My Story

Hi there! My name is Charlotte, and I'm a Pilates instructor with a passion for helping new mamas find their inner super woman, by relieving pain and building strength through movement.

My own journey with Pilates began over ten years ago when I was just 18 and struggling with a debilitating back injury. After being diagnosed with a bulging disc, I turned to Pilates and was amazed at the relief I felt after just one session. I continued to practice regularly and within a few months, my back pain had disappeared entirely. It was a life-changing experience that inspired me to become a Pilates instructor myself.

Since then, I've been teaching Pilates for five years and have helped countless clients find relief from pain and build strength and flexibility. I specialise in pre and postnatal Pilates, having gone through the experience myself in 2022 and found the support provided in terms of pre and postnatal exercise programming and pelvic floor exercises to be severely lacking. Throughout my pregnancy, I struggled to maintain my workout routine but found that Pilates and gentle cardio were the perfect combination to help me stay active and comfortable.

After my baby was born, I continued to practice Pilates alongside gentle HIIT workouts throughout my recovery, and I'm now feeling stronger than ever. My own experience as a beginner and the challenges I faced during pregnancy have given me a deep understanding of the realities of starting from square one and the importance of mindful movement in maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
